To permanently delete your 17 OKEY account and ALL data attached to it (chip balance, level/XP, statistics, friend/message/club records, Facebook/Google link):
Deletion cannot be undone — balance and progress cannot be recovered. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. purchase receipts) are stored separately for the legal retention period.
You can also make data requests without deleting your account: find out what data is held, have it corrected, have specific data erased, object to processing, and request data portability (GDPR / Turkish DPL art. 11). Including your player name and, if you have one, your friend code (17-XXXXXXXX) helps us identify your account faster.
If you lost your device or cannot open the app, write to us with details identifying your account (player name, friend code if you have one, sign-in method); once we verify your identity we will carry out the deletion for you. support@17okey.com
