- The game and virtual currency: "17 OKEY" is a free-to-play okey game. Chips are VIRTUAL; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and are not transferable (the gift feature is an in-game mechanic). Chip purchases are made through Google Play and are deemed performed the moment they are consumed.
- Account: A guest account is tied to your device; linking Google/Facebook carries your progress to that identity. You can permanently delete your account via Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Fair play: Cheating, bots, abuse via multiple accounts, exploiting bugs and harassing other players are prohibited; violations may lead to account closure and balance removal.
- Not gambling: The game is for skill/entertainment; no real money or anything of value is awarded as a prize. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
- Service: Servers may be interrupted; reasonable care is taken but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance/shutdown is announced.
- Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.
- Changes: These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the app.
